Welcome To The Team

Congratulations and welcome to the Better Shape Fitness team. Our job is to help you find the joy in working out.

You do not have to become a gym junky, athlete or (in most cases) drastically change your diet to enjoy a fit and healthy lifestyle.

All you need is three things; 

Consistency in sessions, a minimum of 3 times per week.

Moderation in diet, don’t indulge too much with your red wine and cheese platters.

An attitude of gratitude, be thankful for what you have and respect your body.

Gym Memberships

What To Have Ready

With our PTs On Demand service there is no need to book yourself in for sessions.

Simply arrive whenever you like and you are welcome to stay as long as you want.

Your PT can ‘book’ you in for sessions throughout the week, however this is purely a coaching tool to help ensure that you are consistently training. You are more than welcome to train more often.

Make sure you bring a Towel, Water, Closed in shoes and wear clothes that you can move around in.

We have showers and toilets so if you do want a shower then bring along your toiletries and a change of clothes.

Your health and well being is our upmost concern.

Below is a brief Pre Exercise form designed to give us a clear picture of your current health and what you are looking to achieve with your membership.

What To Expect

Your first session will begin with a brief medical questionnaire. This is to ensure that we are not negatively impacting any past or current medical conditions.

We will also have a chat about what it is you want to achieve and we will consult you as to what actions we think you should take.

Now it is time for a workout to give your Personal Trainer a clear understanding of what your current fitness level is.

Throughout your first session we encourage you to talk to us about any fears or anxieties you might have about the gym. It’s really important for your PT to know what has been holding you back so that we can do everything possible to be the emotional support that you need as you begin your journey.

Online Memberships

What To Have Ready

Our Online Memberships cater for both home and gym workouts. 

OnlineSHRED Home Edition 

If you are planning to workout from home you would be looking at our OnlineSHRED Home Edition. You do not need any exercise equipment, all you will need is a bottle of water, a towel and your favourite music on.

OnlineSHRED Gym Edition

If you are planning to workout from a gym you will need our OnlineSHRED Gym Edition. Just make sure your device has a full charge so that you can follow the whole workout at your gym without interruption. Other than that all you need is your water, a towel and closed in foot wear.

Getting Started

Online Home Edition Membership

Once you have logged in you will be taken to the Program Page. 

On the Program Page you will see buttons labelled Day 1 through to Day 31.

If you are starting on the 5th of the month, you would click on Day 5 and so on.

Be sure to call our Personal Training hotline 1300 938 646 to discuss your rest days, if you haven’t already.

Each exercise is set out with a video tutorial of the exercise and instructions of how many Reps and Sets to do.

All you need to do is work through each routine.

NOTE: For Gym users, if the equipment that you need is in use simply skip to the next routine and come back to it once the equipment is available again. If your gym does not have the equipment simply call your PT Hotline and we will give you an alternate exercise to do.

Online 21Day and 90Day Programs

Once you have logged in you will be taken to the Program Home Page. 

Go through the Set Up before you start your program.

On the Program Page you will see buttons labelled Day 1 through to Day 21 or 90. Begin on Day 1 and work through each day consecutively. 

All rest days have been pre programmed for you.
