The Pre-Exercise Form is critical for your Personal Trainer to understand your current fitness level or any injuries we should take into account when training you.
What To Bring
Your Personal Trainer will take you through some simple exercises during your first session to better understand your current fitness and strength level. This is to ensure that we make your experience as enjoyable as possible and so that we can better understand what training methods will suit you best to maximise your results and minimise discomfort.
Please bring:
- A towel
- A water bottle
- Closed-in shoes
- Comfortable clothing for movement
We also have change room and shower facilities if you need them. If you are having a shower, we would suggest you bring a separate towel for drying off.
