Part of our PT service, Personalised Training on Demand means you’ll always have access to a qualified Personal Trainer during every visit. Whether you’re working on weight loss, building strength, or improving mobility, our trainers are here to provide expert guidance, so you can train with confidence and flexibility.
We’ve intentionally chosen not to be a 24hr gym. The reason for this is that we believe the best results come from training in a safe, well managed environment. Science also supports that working out late at night is not healthy for you and will slow down your results as proper rest is paramount for your body to maintain your health.
Working out between the hours of 6am and 8pm will optimise your results and give your body time to recover.
Still not sure? Why not come in for a trial and find out if we are right for you?
Yes, we cater for all levels of fitness. Not everyone wants to be or needs to be an athlete, your gym experience should be about you and what you want to get out of it.
Yes, our trainers are skilled in working with injuries, injury rehabilitation and post op rehabilitation. We collaborate closely with client’s Doctors, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors etc and encourage you to speak to your medical professional for guidance on what movements you should be avoiding during your workouts. We will then take note of any restrictions and advise you accordingly at each workout.
Our gym is best suited to people over the age of 18. We have members as young as 18 and members at a very happy and healthy 80+ years old.
If you are unsure, please call and we will be happy to organise a free trial so that you can decide if the gym is a good fit for you.
It is completely normal to be nervous and we encourage you to let us know how you are feeling. Some of our clients had never been to gym before in their lives and other have been very self-conscious to start with. There is no obligation to join and we will always work at your pace.
Both techniques have their place in your workout routine. The main difference being that a machine works to target a single muscle group in a one dimensional plain as the machine is guiding you through the movement.
Free weights on the other hand work in a three dimensional plain and require more smaller muscle groups to maintain control of each movement.
