Welcome to the future of Personal Training where we unite the best of gym memberships with the best of Personal Training.

Commercial gyms can be fantastic, they are usually cheap, have loads of equipment and you can train when you want to.

If you are a beginner, find consistent motivation difficult, not so disciplined or you have current health issues, a gym can be a challenge for you to get results on your own.

As you probably already know a Personal Trainer can;

  • Show you how to perform exercises correctly

  • Educate you on a range of routines

  • Teach you how to write programs

  • Motivate and inspire you to remain consistent

  • Show you how to work around current injuries 

The only problem with a Personal Trainer is that it costs extra and you can only train when they are available.

That’s why we have created PTs On Demand, where you can come and train at the gym without making an appointment, but at the same time have a PT there training you.

Any good commercial gym will have an in house PT, however they don’t get paid to train you by the gym. You have to pay extra to get training.

But not with PTs on Demand! 

Our Personal Trainers are employed by us and are paid a salary. So their only job is to be on standby to train you when you are available, how great is that?


The most important ingredient in any health related change is consistency. However consistency is difficult with all of the pressures put on us in our busy  modern lives.

Our statistics show that the probability of a client getting off track and giving up increases to almost 90% if they don’t train for just 2 weeks.

The number one reason for not being able to train was time. Not being able to make the Personal Training session at the times that were available.

PTs on demand solves that problem.



We will still be scheduling in sessions as we always have to make sure that you are achieving your goals.

Private Sessions and Group Sessions will continue as normal.

The advantage now is if you are;

    • Late for your session
    • Early for your session 


    • Didn’t  book in but want to work out

You now have the option of training, staying consistent and keeping on track.


PTs On Demand is offered as part of our UNLIMITED Group Sessions package. If you are a current client you have the option of booking in your sessions or you can come in anytime within or PTs On Demand hours.


Our goal is to provide PTs On Demand 12 hours per day, 6 days per week within the next 12 months.

We currently have over 30hours per week allocated to PTs On Demand and we are working hard towards our goal. We will continue to add hours throughout the next 12 months. Your PT will keep you updated week to week on times.
